As an Affiliate Broker, full-service real estate specialist and native Nashvillian, Rhonda Smart knows and understands this market and absolutely loves this city! She has been fortunate to see many different facets of the Nashville real estate industry. Her real estate career began when she assisted a successful broker and eventually she was teaching first-time home buying classes, lending money as a loan officer in the mortgage arena and helping families sell their entire estates. Rhonda is happily married and she and her husband have raised their three wonderful children in Nashville. She graduated from Belmont University and continues to be active in the community. She’s a member of Greater Nashville Realtors, The Tennessee Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, as well as serves on the Bellevue Community Fund. When not pursuing property and/or busy with clients, Rhonda and her husband enjoy traveling and entertaining.
